Project Audio Visual have created this new role due to the increase in maintenance and aftercare contracts the business is selling, as a result of increased focus and marketing in this area.
By having an SDM on board, the company hopes to be able to concentrate more on fulfilling service level agreements for each contract sold, giving more time and organisation to this growing side of the business.
