As Director of CRM, Johnson is responsible for developing and executing a CRM strategy from initial purchase through the renewal process, as well as developing new database growth opportunities and supporting new product lines.

With the addition of a CRM Director, Scott Vogel, VP, Marketing, sees the potential for further personalizing the Magazines.com experience for its customers and Johnson’s experience especially as an asset in that process.

Johnson previously worked with Acxiom Corporation for eight years in a variety of customer relationship positions before joining Magazines.com this year. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Johnson and his family currently reside in Nashville, TN.
