Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty Appoints JP Endres-Fein as New Manager of New City Real Estate Office
New City, NY (PRWEB) November 18, 2013 -- Matt Rand, Managing Partner of Better Homes and Gardens (BHG) Rand Realty, announced today that JP Endres-Fein will be taking over as the Manager of the New City office. According to a report published earlier this year by Real Trends, Inc, BHG Rand Realty is the 88th largest real estate company in the United States and operates over 24 offices within the Greater Hudson Valley, Westchester and northern New Jersey real estate markets.
For the past four years, Endres-Fein managed BHG Rand Realty’s White Plains office. A career real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, before joining BHG Rand, she was the co-owner of Homes of Westchester; before that she was the broker-owner of David Endres Realty Group Ltd. She served as Secretary Treasurer of New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) in 2012 and was the NYSAR 2010 Realtor of the Year and the 2004 Westchester County Board of Realtors’ (WCBR) Realtor of the Year. Endres-Fein was also a WCBR president. Today, she is slated to be the 2014 President of NYSAR.
