Truth in Negotiations Act Training Now Available from WeComply
Mahwah, NJ (PRWEB) November 14, 2013 -- WeComply, Inc., a leader in web-based ethics and compliance training for corporate employees, has announced its Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) training course. TINA requires federal contractors to provide the government with the cost or pricing data that supports proposals for certain contracts worth more than $700,000. This course explains the basic principles of TINA to employees who are involved in the government contracting process.
The course begins with an overview of TINA and then discusses TINA requirements, cost or pricing data and the compliance process. Additional topics covered include best practices for TINA compliance, government audit and consequences of non-compliance.
“TINA requires organizations entering into certain contracts with the government to provide and update cost or pricing data that supports the agreed-upon contract price,” said Mike Pallatta, WeComply CEO. “This course explains TINA to employees in simple, understandable terms, which better enables them to comply with its requirements.”
