Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) November 14, 2013
Tenantbackgroundsearch.com, a firm based in Dallas with a national clientele, has announced that the background checks it offers its customers are now accessible and available from anywhere by computer or mobile device at any hour of the day. Spokesman Jeff LeVan said the move was made to make it easier on landlords to conduct their business.
“Property management and rental is a fulltime job,” LeVan said. “Landlords have to advertise the vacancy, show the property at all hours, coordinate beginning and ending leases. It can all come to more than 24 hours in a day. That’s why we have made our tenant background search reports available to our customers on a 24/7 basis,” he said.
LeVan went on to say that by giving their clients 24/7 access to background checks, landlords and property managers can conduct that portion of their business when it fits into their schedule, rather than making their schedule conform to the reports. LeVan said it was a matter of customer service and common sense.
“Let’s face it,” he said. “Our business community is on a 24 hour dial. Our clientele is national, so by making the reports reachable electronically, there’s no more worry about getting needed data to someone before or after their time zone says business hours are in session. If a landlord has a late property tour, he or she can review applicant background information while they’re waiting for their prospective tenant, even if it’s midnight wherever they are,” he said.
In addition to the 24 hour access to reports, LeVan said tenantbackgroundsearch.com has no required membership or minimum number of reports to order. He also said payment can be made electronically on a secured 128 bit SSL encryption site and indicated the client’s credit card information was not kept on file.
Tenantbackgroundsearch.com has a choice of three background check packages ranging in price from $19.95 to $32.95. LeVan said the system allows for prospective tenants to pay for their own check, with the results being sent to the landlord. Those results include such searches as credit, national criminal records, bankruptcies, sex offender information, medical collections, employment summaries, known alias, foreclosures, and national eviction notices. The searches they conduct are compliant with the Patriot Act.
