Harrell Home Services Bolsters Customer Care Policies in Both Tampa and Orlando

Harrell Home Services did not agree that customer satisfaction should be arbitrary, and took action to improve air conditioning servicing in and around Tampa, Florida.

Harrell Home Services of Tampa, Florida announced that it has bolstered its customer satisfaction departments in both Tampa and Orlando by hiring a new Customer Satisfaction Manager, and tapping the expertise of both new and old air conditioning team specialists.

The position became a necessity after Harrell Home Services took on a larger role in both Tampa and Orlando, and discovered that other air conditioning service companies in the area did not have customer satisfaction policies in place. Harrell Home Services wanted to stand apart from the competition, and that was best executed by making sure that all customers were satisfied with the service provided by installers, technicians and schedulers.

The new Customer Satisfaction Manager has implemented training and policy procedures for all schedulers, techs and installers. In addition to customer satisfaction training, Harrell Home Services has also laid the foundation for long-term customer contact with a review page for the rating of all employees. The goal of both approaches is to first ensure that the highest level of customer care is experienced, and to guarantee that customers will have one location where they can discreetly rate a member of the Harrell Home Services team.
