New York, NY (PRWEB) December 05, 2013 -- Roy Weissman, founder of MediaJobs.com, recently interviewed James Duchenne from Mplifyr, a loyalty program solution for small to medium sized businesses. The interview, Myplifyr Bringing Big Loyalty Programs to Business for a Small Cost, is now available online at MediaJobs.com, the source for making your media job search easier by finding great companies first.
Launched in Beta in September 2012, Duchenne wanted to create a unified global loyalty platform that still allowed business to customize the solution with increased exponential benefits that were affordable for small to mid-sized companies. Mplifyr was fully released in March 2013, allowing small to medium sized business to compete with larger competitors loyalty programs.
“Loyalty to me is an integral part of every single business out there. It is the driver for consumers to come back to you. It is the driver for consumers to talk about your product. It is the driver for growth and repeat business as well as your customers talking to their friends to come to you. And while certain products can achieve that, obviously on their own two feet, most of the product, because of the competition out there, they cannot do so,” stated James Duchenne from Mplifyr.
Based on universal points, a system that allows individuals to pool points from several businesses together, Mplifyr gives the buyer a great amount of flexibility as to where to use their reward but still gives businesses the benefits of a loyalty program. Consumers will be able to access their points from a loyalty account where they can cash out points, receive redemptions, or exchange it for other points like frequent flyer miles.
“Our program, that aspect of the points exchange, we’ve got that as part of our platform. But it is not the main driver. The main driver is to allow small businesses to create their own loyalty-incentive program that rivals the big guys in the way that works for them,” continued Duchenne.
Mplifyr is available to business without a contract, subscription fees, or monthly fees. Businesses utilizing the loyalty platform purchase a certain amount of points per month, if the company runs out, it is easy to purchase more.
