North American Title Group Adds Howeth as General Counsel
MIAMI, FLA. (PRWEB) November 18, 2013 -- North American Title Group has appointed Jefferson “Jeff” Howeth as senior vice president, general counsel. Howeth brings a 20-year background in real estate and corporate law to this position, in addition to experience in securities, finance, and executive management of legal and compliance functions of title insurance underwriters and agencies.

Howeth most recently served as vice president, deputy general counsel of PGP Title Inc. and Premier Land Title Insurance Co., subsidiaries of PulteGroup Inc., which provide title insurance and escrow and settlement services to new home customers. Previous to that, he had served as senior vice president, general counsel of Commerce Title and Closing Services. Howeth also spent nine years with Centex Corp., working as assistant general counsel of Centex Homes and Centex Corp., and later holding the position of executive vice president, general counsel of Centex Financial Services LLC.
