Import Link is an import module to securely file electronic documents into the IntelliChief repository; documents generated by an ERP system or virtually any electronic forms software solution. The Import Link module automatically stores indexes to retrieve the documents and associates/relates other documents that are part of a specific business process. For example, Import Link will automatically file into the IntelliChief archive, a Purchase Requisition generated by the ERP system and create links to the Invoice voucher and Purchase Order. Import Link takes the manual intervention out of indexing and relating those documents generated from an ERP application, making it easy to then search and retrieve those documents directly from the ERP application screen. The Import Link module expands the IntelliChief integration beyond Formtastic™ from Quadrant Software™, which was previously IntelliChief’s sole integration partner for electronic forms. The new module now expands IntelliChief’s reach to any ERP system generating documents from virtually any electronic form solution.
The Fax Link module connects IntelliChief to any fax server product allowing faxed documents to be sent, received, indexed and related to other business documents directly from customer’s ERP applications. The new Fax Link module allows customers to easily integrate faxing (and emailing) into mission-critical processes such as purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash while continuing to utilize their existing fax system, further leveraging a customer’s investment in technology they already own. The Fax Link module expands the IntelliChief integration beyond FastFax Family of Products™ from Quadrant Software, which was previously IntelliChief’s sole integration partner for fax servers. The new module now expands IntelliChief’s reach by sending outbound or capturing inbound faxed documents from virtually any fax server or fax service.
