We are very excited that our recent exploration work by our in house geological team at the mine site has made great progress with the discovery of other valuable rare oxide minerals.

Verde Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: VRDR), an exploration stage mining company focused on global mining acquisition and development opportunities, announced that recent laboratory test results at Site VI-1 of the Merapoh Gold Mine in Pahang, Malaysia have reported valuable rare oxide minerals. Additionally, on-going exploration efforts for lode gold resources at Site VI-1 of the Merapoh Gold Mine have produced promising results.

Mr. Wu, President of Verde Resources said, “We are very excited that our recent exploration work by our in-house geological team at the mine site has made great progress with the discovery of other valuable rare oxide minerals. The preliminary laboratory test conducted on a series of samples using GB/T 14506 standard reported mineral grades in the range of 500-840 g/ton, which confirmed the existence of these valuable minerals. The potential value of the rare oxide minerals is worth further exploration.”

Mr. Wu continued, “Not only is Verde Resources very pleased with the discovery of rare oxide minerals, our lode gold exploration efforts have produced excellent progress so far. Based on test analysis conducted by SGS Tianjin Mineral Laboratory, the fire assays of over 70% of the samples taken from the site reported high gold grades in the range of 18.7-49.7 g/ton.”

Mr. Wu concluded, “The encouraging test results on samples obtained from the recent lode gold exploration works, combined with the discovery of other valuable rare oxide minerals, represent incredible opportunities for the Company to not only boost the core value of the mine site, but to bring sustained increase in shareholder value. In order to achieve maximum potential value, we will continue to conduct further investigation and sampling of the mine site for prospects of lode gold and other valuable minerals.
