Level Homes Continues Expansion and Announces Three New Durham Communities
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) November 18, 2013 -- Level Homes proudly announces the development of three new communities in the Durham, NC market. Level Homes acquired 214 homesites within the established master planned community of Brightleaf at the Park, 144 homesites within Cardinal Oaks and 18 homesites within Green Gardens. Green Gardens has already begun selling, while Brightleaf and Cardinal Oaks communities will begin land development this winter and home plans will be available for homebuyers as early as January of next year.
Brightleaf at the Park, developed and managed by Mountain Real Estate Capital (MREC) and LStar Management, is helping to provide the capital expenditure to jumpstart Level Homes’ build-out of more than 214 homes. “We are very proud to welcome Level Homes to the Brightleaf Builders’ Guild,” said Kyle Corkum, LSTAR Managing Partner and Co-founder. “We are so impressed with the quality of their construction, their commitment to outstanding architecture and their absolute dedication to customer service. We are confident they will be an excellent addition to our outstanding community,” said Corkum.
Arthur Nevid, Chief Investment Officer of Mountain Real Estate Capital, recognizes the financial strength of the venture at Brightleaf at the Park. “We are energized by the interest and enthusiasm of homebuyers for this Triangle market,” said Nevid.
“I see this as a great opportunity for Level Homes in this Durham market. If you want to live in the best location with the best amenities this market has to offer, Brightleaf is one of the best options for homebuyers,” said Briggs Napier, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Level Homes.
Brightleaf at the Park includes many of the amenities today’s homebuyers seek such as opportunities to connect with nature, abounding fitness options, a thoughtful placement of community art, its very own elementary school and The Brightleaf Club, a Tim Wilkison Signature swim, tennis and recreation club.
Cardinal Oaks will offer homes that range between 1,600 – 2,300 square feet, have 3-4 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms and start in the $150s. The community is conveniently located 10 miles from Duke University, Research Triangle Park and Brier Creek.
Green Gardens, an 18-homesite infill development near premier shopping, dining and entertainment venues at The Streets at Southpoint, brings Level Homes’ total communities in Durham County to three.
Level Homes chose Raleigh, North Carolina to launch its national expansion in March of 2013 with Ellington Place in Apex. In August of 2013, Level Homes continued its growth with an expansion into the Charleston, South Carolina market with the addition of 400 homes planned in nearby Monck’s Corner.
