Girls’ Guide to Paris announces a Travel Perks Program, termed the “GO-CARD” that will offer both travelers and local residents access to a unique program of “exclusives” in Paris and beyond. The program officially begins with a private shopping event at Michael Kors’ flagship store in Paris on November 21, 2013.
