Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) was recently recognized at the annual Wisconsin 75 event as being one of the largest closely held companies in the state. The company has extensive operations in Wisconsin with manufacturing facilities in Mayville, Beaver Dam, Neillsville and Wautoma. MEC acquired Michigan-based Center Manufacturing in December 2012, expanding the company’s operations to 16 manufacturing facilities in 5 states and over 2,000 employee shareholders.

This marks the ninth year that MEC has been recognized as being one the largest closely held companies in the state and part of the Wisconsin 75 list.
