Greenberg Traurig’s Ed Chansky and Alan Sutin to Speak at 35th Annual BAA Marketing Law Conference

Attorneys Alan Sutin and Ed Chansky from the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP are scheduled to speak at the Brand Activation Association’s (BBA) 35th Annual Marketing Law Conference taking place Monday, Nov. 18 – 20, 2013 at the Downtown Chicago Marriott Hotel.

Chansky, who is also co-chair of the conference, will speak Monday, Nov. 18 at 5:10 p.m. on Cause Marketing. Sutin will serve as moderator on the topic “Is Big Data Big Brother? Its Enormous Marketing, Legal & Ethical Implications” taking place Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 4:35 p.m.    

The BAA conference will give practical advice on laws that impact the marketing industry. Topics of interest including domestic & international promotion, advertising, sweepstakes, social media, privacy, targeted advertising, BIG DATA, mobile, intellectual property, and many other key issues will be covered.
