AMC Technology Expands Software Migration Program to Include Customers Migrating to Salesforce OpenCTI

In support of salesforce.com’s end of support announcement for Salesforce desktop CTI Toolkit made today at Dreamforce 2013, AMC Technology has announced it will be helping customers easily transition to the new platform as part of their Software Migration Program.

In support of salesforce.com’s end of support announcement for Salesforce desktop CTI Toolkit made today at Dreamforce 2013, AMC Technology (http://www.amctechnology.com) has announced it will be helping customers easily transition to the new platform as part of their Software Migration Program. Salesforce.com will no longer support customers using the CTI Toolkit as of Spring 2015 and is suggesting Open CTI based adapters as the migration path.
