Proving John Adams right that education should teach how to make a living, California's largest real estate broker, First Team Real Estate, has trained a near record of agents at all stages of their career this year.

"We continually increase our investment in our agent's education because the more knowledgeable they are, the more successful they are in serving buyers and sellers," said Chris Pollinger, Senior Vice President, Sales for First Team Real Estate. "Agents can now use our cutting edge technology to access training 24/7 from wherever they are and have mentors and contact with other agents globally."

In the last year, more than 400 new agents have been trained in the high tech Success Academy classrooms at First Team's headquarters in Irvine, CA. These classes are equipped with super high definition equipment that connect the classroom to up to 25 other locations providing a learning environment where agents feel like they are in the room together. Nearly 600 agents have been mentored and taught in one-on-one coaching sessions with district office managers or certified coaches. Approximately 500 agents have participated in the peer-to-peer extended learning environment that allows agents of similar experience level to support each other's development and business. Accounting for some overlap, the final tally is right around 1,400.
