10 part course on mastering HDR photography techniques now available online through HDR Photography Pro
(PRWEB UK) 16 November 2013 -- HDR Photography Pro is now providing 10-episode set of video tutorials that will help both beginner and enthusiast photographer’s master high dynamic range post production techniques that provide stunning and vivid detail in images. Kevin Pryce, the founder and mastermind behind HDR Photography Pro said: “High Dynamic Range is not a new concept; however, with the advent of digital photography, it is now easy for photographers to manipulate their images with processing software and even in camera with much better efficiency.” He additionally commented that: “Most HDR photography is sopping wet with aberrations and glaring errors such as color loss, halo effects, blurred out lighting, and stitch aberrations. Poor technique can lead to frustrating image failures, unhappy clients, re-shoots, and unacceptable inconsistency.”
Kevin Pryce’s motivation in creating and running the website stemmed from his desire to share the expertise he has acquired over his photographic career, he said that: “ I wanted to give back to the HDR photographic community that has given so much to me. Working to develop vibrant, passionate, skilled photographers that are able to create awe-inspiring art.” HDR photography produced images with enhanced level of detail and contrast and the effect is created by taking various photos at different exposures and merging them together similar to what is seen through the dynamic range of a human eye, in order to bring greater levels of detail. It goes far beyond what even the most advanced SLR cameras are able to produce with a single photo. Kevin Pryce believed that using HDR techniques can take amateur photography to a whole new level of sophistication, he commented that: “ By using HDR techniques, amateurs and professionals alike can deliver images with stunningly vivid details. Details like these are normally only seen in real-life situations. Photographs that once appeared flat, lifeless and washed out can now appear spectacular and full of detail.”
However he cautioned that his course is only suitable to those willing to put in serious time and effort to mastering their craft: “This course is for those serious about HDR photography, those looking for flip-switch short cuts, or not planning to take actions and use what is learned. Those who do not seek excellence in their endeavours, big or small, should also avoid this course. However, for those who have a passion for digital photography and are willing to put in the time and effort will be rewarded with stunning images”
