“Judge Brown is a recognized thought leader in eDiscovery,” said Goodman. “As an increasing amount of our work is coming to us from the U.K. and E.U., I am especially interested to hear his views on the more prominent issues on this subject.”
The challenge of effectively managing enterprise wide data in preparation for litigation or investigations, along with constantly evolving technologies, threats and employee behavior creates challenges for organizations that are striving to stay protected and compliant. The theme for this year’s IQPC’s Information Governance & eDiscovery Strategy Exchange is “Creating Synergy Between Data Management, Compliance, Discovery and Information Security” and the program is designed to bring together judges, regulators, general counsel and heads of legal IT, information governance and records management, litigation, compliance and eDiscovery to discuss the latest tools and strategies for ensuring they are properly positioned for what lies ahead.
