On Saturday, the guests were picked up at The Plaza, a luxury New York City landmark. Guests began the day at Toku Modern Asia for a delicious four course bento box meal consisting of amuse bouche, cha wan mushi, tuna tartar parfait, seared scallop tartan with kombu butter, petite fillet, steak frites with French fries, smoked salmon roll and coconut tapioca. At brunch, the Americana highlighted the “Holiday Shopping & Trends” for the fall and winter season to the attendees, creating excitement for the day of shopping at stores such as Ralph Lauren, J. Mendel, and Tiffany & Co.
