Shadow Mountain Recovery has acquired Desert Oasis Recovery adding additional programming so they are able to individualize their clients’ care in one network of services.

Desert Oasis Recovery offers the following programs:

Detoxification Unit: Desert Oasis utilizes a medical detox, which includes a protocol that is approved and standard for each addiction. Their staff of professional doctors, therapists, RNs, and LPNs includes the following components: Pharmacotherapy, Crisis Stabilization, Psychiatric Assessment, and Neurological Assessment, when needed.

30-day Coed Residential Program: The program is a 12-Step based treatment program that is structured to offer group therapy, family therapy, one-to-one therapy, didactic groups, and experiential therapy and staffed by licensed therapists and addiction counselors.

60-day Coed IOP Program: Clients who do not assess for needing residential treatment will be referred to the IOP program. The IOP program is also available for the clients once the client has completed inpatient treatment. The program includes recovery workshops, relapse prevention, nine (9) hours of individual and group instruction per week.

With this additional programming at Shadow Mountain Recovery, they are able to individualize their clients’ care in one network of services.
