American National to Double Insurance Agent Force by 2020
Springfield, MO (PRWEB) November 19, 2013 -- American National has announced ambitious plans to double the number of multiple-line insurance agents representing its products and services by 2020. Opportunities are available nationally for both experienced agents and individuals new to the insurance industry.
The long-term goal of doubling the American National multiple-line agent force will involve cultivating professional field agents who build client relationships and enhance the client experience. American National offers innovative paid training to help potential agents comfortably transition into a rewarding career.
The company’s training, known as the Agent Career Program (ACP), combines traditional instruction with hands-on experience. The ACP, released in April 2013, ensures that new recruits will better understand American National and the insurance industry by their first day as independent contractors.
All candidates begin the onboarding process as agency interns for a period of three to four months, depending on their market focus. By working with proven resources and successful agents, trainees are well-equipped with tools for success upon graduation from the training period. Throughout the program, these potential agents are able to set client appointments, use software and conduct sales presentations under the guidance of experienced mentors.
“The rapid growth we have already seen since the rollout of the ACP underscores the strength of the career opportunities available at American National. We are all quite excited about these results and are confident in reaching our goal by 2020,” said Gary Lukovich, vice president of distribution and sales.
American National is dedicated to ethics, integrity, compliance and trust and is seeking highly motivated individuals who will uphold this reputation. Dedicated professionals looking for a flexible schedule, an entrepreneurial endeavor, opportunities for growth and unlimited income potential will be considered to become part of the Agent Career Program with American National. With a long history of financial stability, American National is able to provide ongoing educational and managerial opportunities.
