Prime Minister Appoints Persian-American as Special Economic Envoy to Mid East, North Africa and West Asia
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) November 20, 2013 -- On November 8, 2013, the Prime Minister of Antigua & Barbuda, the Honorable Baldwin Spenser, appointed Dr. Badi Badiozamani, CEO of East West Consulting, as his Special Economic Envoy to the Middle East, North Africa and West Asia. The appointment gives him a mandate to, among other things, introduce Antigua’s newly established Citizenship by Investment Program to the citizens of his areas of responsibility through which people would be able to receive second citizenship and passport with the privilege of visa-free travel to 130 countries and territories. This quick way of obtaining citizenship, formalized by Antigua & Barbuda legislature, can be done in a few months and is based on contribution to Antigua’s economy.
Badiozamani is vested with the full authority and approval to function in economic and business development activities including but not limited to initiating negotiations with the authorities and business entities of the countries of his area of responsibility and advising the Prime Minister of the potential for economic cooperation and commerce between Antigua & Barbuda and the said countries as well as providing advice and support to the Consular offices in the region.
Badiozamani had been previously appointed by Governor Wilson of California to the Joint Venture Advisory Board, International Affairs Board and Small Business Advisory Board by Various San Diego mayors as well as San Diego County District Attorney Advisory Board. He has authored and published a book entitled: Iran & America: Rekindling A Love Lost. In 2003, he was the first Iranian-American in history to run for Governor of California.
