Shane Correa to lead YourMembership.com’s integrated and growing Customer Success team, overseeing customer support, new customer implementation and on-boarding, professional services, technical support and knowledge management.

In this role, Correa will lead YourMembership.com’s integrated and growing Customer Success team, overseeing customer support, new customer implementation and on-boarding, professional services, technical support and knowledge management.

Mr. Correa joins the company with over 19 years of experience in technical management and customer service roles, most recently as the Customer Services Country Leader at Oracle in Stockholm, Sweden. He also held management roles at European telecommunications leader Three, unified communication provider Oz, and IT solutions provider SAIC. He is a graduate of the US Navy Academy and served for over 5 years in the Navy as an Operations and Division Manager.
