Rekindling this closer relationship to the classroom, the instructor, and the student learning experience is what attracted me to the New Horizons business and restarting delivery of training in the Rochester market. - Bill Rosenthal, CEO
Rochester, NY (PRWEB) November 20, 2013
An affiliate of learning solutions provider Logical Operations acquires New Horizons of Rochester, New York, a professional training center franchise of the global New Horizons computer learning center network. The business will operate as New Horizons at Logical Operations.
In business for 30 years, Logical Operations began in Rochester, NY as an on-site computer training center. "The foundation of Logical Operations was built around the classroom learning experience,” said Bill Rosenthal, CEO, Logical Operations. “Rekindling this closer relationship to the classroom, the instructor, and the student learning experience is what attracted me to the New Horizons business and restarting delivery of training in the Rochester market. By forging a closer bond with the classroom, it allows both businesses to further excel the quality and innovation it provides when developing and delivering professional training curriculum.”
The Rochester-based learning center will operate out of Logical Operations’ dedicated 24,800-square-foot headquarters at 3535 Winton Place. All types of learning with a dedicated instructor will be available to meet today’s varied scheduling needs, whether traditional in-person training or virtual web-based training. New Horizons at Logical Operations will serve Rochester, NY-area businesses and professionals with training programs that cover everything from desktop applications and business skills, to advanced IT knowledge and certifications.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the New Horizons global training network and further engrain our roots in the training community, “ said Rosenthal. “Our commitment to driving innovation through person-to-person classroom learning has never been stronger. With our worldwide Logical Operations curriculum business, and now New Horizons at Logical Operations, both businesses will have a vital impact on our mission to transform the classroom by creating a successful learning experience for students.”
