The Church has been crippled and blinded by the imaginings of countless fantasists about matters of the future and the progress of redemption and reconciliation.

It’s time to eschew empty, materialistic speculations and give a concrete, theologically sound plan of action for Christians, author Todd Lewis believes.

Lewis’s new book “The Revelation Mandate” was written to give Christians a deeper understanding of the book of Revelation and to help remedy what he believes is a profound internal attack on faith.

“It must always be understood that Revelation is, at all points, concerned with the theological meaning of events and not the material specifics of the events themselves,” Lewis said. ”When we pass from one vision to the next, we are not necessarily moving chronologically but only to a different theological point of reference.”

“The Revelation Mandate” seeks to give a clear and understandable resolution of the controversies and theories surrounding the book of Revelation. Lewis explains the interpretation of revelation in terms of its imagery drawl from and explained by scripture.

“The Church has been crippled and blinded by the imaginings of countless fantasists about matters of the future and the progress of redemption and reconciliation,” Lewis said. “My book is for everyone who wants to know the truth and be able to apply it in their own lives.”
