Smithtown, NY (PRWEB) December 09, 2013
Founders of http://www.IndiMusic.tv Chris Pati and Bill Zeh announced the development of a new broadcast model called “The Social Media Broadcast Network” hence SMBN. The SMBN combines the social network community business model with the 24/7 worldwide TV network broadcast model.
This combination is the next logical evolution in media broadcast, as it adds the interactivity, sharing and instant viewer feedback and profile features of the Twitter, Facebook type models with the power and immediacy of live worldwide TV Broadcasting. Their first SMBN launch was IndiMusic.tv, which has quickly become one of the most popular Worldwide Music Streaming Channels, as well as establishing the new Broadcast model, with its official public launch on September 15, 2012. Founder and visionary Chris Pati explains; “In researching and compiling the services and features for IndiMusic TV, we discovered that combining the Social Media model features with the 24/7 Worldwide Broadcast Model gave our users everything they needed to expose the world to their Music and Content, while maximizing the monetization potential at a very minimal cost. Among the many features included with a SMBN account are member profiles, video chat, instant messaging, instant commenting, wall posting, video messages, blogging, video and audio upload and hosting, store access for selling music and merchandise. We quickly learned that these features could easily translate to Art, Fashion, Sports, News, Movies and Short Film, Literature, Comedy and a host of other genres and media categories.”
Thus, the SMBN business model was born. The company plans to begin rolling out subsequent SMBN sites over the next 3-6 months and fully implement their multi-channel SMBN umbrella by Q3 2014.
