Ruffino Italian Cuisine Rolls Out New Menu Every Week
PHOENIX (PRWEB) November 20, 2013 -- Ruffino Italian Cuisine, one of the East Valley’s oldest Italian restaurants located near the I-10 and Warner Road, has rolled out a new menu concept that brings not just one daily or weekly special, but that offers customers an entire menu of weekly chef selections.
Featuring two “special” appetizers and 10 main courses each week, customers can view the entire month’s selections of weekly specials a month in advance to plan their visits around their favorite Italian dishes. Specials will be based on the season and on Chef Martin and Dave Knobloch’s inspirations, such as the slow roasted Osso Bucco, Duck Raviolio, Veal Concolase, Stuffed Beurre Blanc Salmon or the Oyster Mushroom Ravioli and Scallops combination.
Unlike many chain restaurants, Ruffino creates its homemade sauces fresh daily, and has a pasta chef dedicated to hand making pasta each day, too.
“Ruffino will truly transform into a new restaurant each week with our new weekly dinner specials,” said Steve Charron, owner of Ruffino Italian Cuisine. “Our talented chefs will now have so much more creative freedom to this weekly menu, and our guests will be amazed with the dishes – old and new recipes – that continue to come out of our kitchen.”
Charron promises that guests can still order many of their beloved traditional picks from the regular menu, too: Fettuccini Alfredo, Baked Lasagna, Linguini Clam Sauce, Spaghetti and Meat Balls, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Marsala, among many others.
Located at 4902 E. Warner Road, Ruffino has been a staple in the Ahwatukee area for nearly 30 years. It may feel a bit mob-esque on the exterior, but once inside, Ruffino transforms into an inviting, casually elegant space. The restaurant features live music on most Friday and Saturday evenings, and every Thursday during Ladies Night that features local acoustic guitar player, Ronald Jean, along with happy hour drink specials all night. Ruffino is open seven days a week for happy hour and dinner.
