Statêra, “We Make Cloud and IT Services Easy™,” today announced a new reseller partnership with Exoprise, a provider of cloud based monitoring and enablement solutions for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. Statêra will offer Exoprise’s CloudReady Monitor for Office 365 solution to help its customers move their mission-critical Office applications to the cloud with confidence and assure high service levels and fast time to value.

The Exoprise offering provides end users and managed service providers with end-to-end visibility and control over their Office 365 services from any user access point to Microsoft. With active point-of-access monitoring and crowd-enhanced data analytics, Exoprise CloudReady Monitor enables users to quickly identify problems with service levels and isolate them for fast time to resolution. These capabilities will allow Statêra to optimize Office 365 productivity for its Cloud Service Brokerage clients.

The partnership also provides Statêra with comprehensive enablement tools to assess customers’ existing email environments and determine the best licensing model for Office 365 before migration. Once customers are using Office 365, Statêra can monitor Office 365’s performance through Exoprise CloudReady Monitor, proactively detecting, isolating and fixing problems before they impact end users. Statêra is also able to implement cloud monitoring solutions for its Cloud Services Brokerage clients and can extend monitoring to other SaaS applications including Active Directory Federation Services and Lync.
