Dignitaries included the president of Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations (COBWRA), local representative from Congressman Ted Deutch’s office, local representative from Senator Joseph Abruzzo’s office, chairperson-elect for the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce, and principals of Allegro Senior Living, LLC.
Located in a country club residential setting in West Boynton Beach, Allegro will offer inspired living for seniors in beautifully elegant surroundings. The community will contain 136 units with a total of 147,000 square feet of independent residences and amenities all designed to satisfy the needs and desires of the residents. Allegro will primarily cater to independent residents, with separate wings to accommodate assisted living and memory care services.
The community is scheduled to open in late 2014. Architectural design is provided by Leo A Daly based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Construction services are being provided by Kaufman Lynn Construction based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Allegro will evoke an intimate boutique hotel experience, with other features including a specially designed spa as well as the latest in theater and wellness opportunities. The property will provide luxury accommodations, elegant dining options, concierge service, 24-hour staffing and an active social program. When fully occupied, Allegro anticipates creating more than 100 full and part-time jobs at their community.
