Telephone nurse triage company, TriageLogic, announced expansion of their staffing team to increase efficiency and services to clients and their patients.

“This year, we have been focusing on expanding our mission,” said CharuRaheja, PhD, CEO at TriageLogic, “One of the steps we are taking to achieve our goals is to develop our staff with specialized, experienced team members who can help us move to the next level.”

Skilled Staff

The new staffing structure includes a Compliance Specialist, Client Relations Manager, Software Manager, and three Nurse Managers. Each member of the team was specifically chosen for the skills and experience they will bring to the company and its clients.

Rose Moon will hold the position of Software Manager. Rose brings a valuable perspective to the team as she has twenty-five years of nursing experience, including seventeen years involved in telephone triage which encompassed triage software evaluation, testing, training, and implementation. In the new position of Compliance Specialist, Julie Brychell will utilize her experience in State, Federal, and JCAHO experience to assist TriageLogic with their URAC accreditation and ongoing compliance. New Nurse Managers, Lori Rasmussen, Cyndi Heaton, and Marci Lawing all have extensive experience in nursing, and offer telephone nurse triage experience including direct involvement with TriageLogic software. A dedicated Client Relations Manager will complete the team and provide non-emergency assistance when issues arise outside the scope of the Nurse Managers. This skilled team brings new and enhanced opportunities to the company through proven proficiencies.
