Hosted by Georgetown Law, the Institute will explore trends, lessons, and case law in the eDiscovery space.

Georgetown has planned an interesting and valuable series of panels, and we look forward to engaging in the discussions.

Clutch Group, an organization dedicated to delivering the professional services for law, is sponsoring the 2013 Georgetown Advanced eDiscovery Institute in Tysons Corner, Virginia, from the 21st-22nd of November.

The Advanced eDiscovery Institute is the premier eDiscovery conference in the United States and brings together federal judges, academics, in-house counsel, and practitioners to examine case law, trends, and best practices in the eDiscovery space. Now in its 10th year, the Institute will examine lessons learned in eDiscovery over the past decade and explore the challenges and possibilities of harnessing technology and promoting cooperation between parties throughout the eDiscovery process.

“We are excited to be sponsoring the 10th anniversary Institute,” said Brandon Daniels, President of Managed Services at Clutch Group. “Georgetown has planned an interesting and valuable series of panels, and we look forward to engaging in the discussions.”

The panels in this year’s Institute will explore a variety of topics, including recent eDiscovery court decisions; approaches to information governance that accommodate eDiscovery and data privacy and security; proper application of Technology-Assisted Review; and eDiscovery strategies in government and regulatory investigations.

The Institute is planned by Georgetown Law and is offered as a part of its Continuing Legal Education program.
