HONOLULU, HI (PRWEB) December 06, 2013
High profile Realtor® Patricia Case, Esq. (R) will merge her company, Case Properties International, with Elite Pacific Properties in November. Case will join Elite Pacific Properties as a Partner. She, Grace Moon (RA), and their team will move to Elite Pacific Properties and be known as the Case Elite Team.
Ms. Case is well known in Honolulu real estate. She consistently rates among the uppermost tier of Oahu Realtors® for sales volume. She is one of only 23 Realtors® to be inducted into Hawaii Business Magazine’s Hall of Fame. She has been featured on the magazine’s Top 100 Realtors® list for the past seven years in a row.
“Patricia is a perfect fit,” said Elite Pacific Properties’ Partner and Principal Broker Stephen Cipres. “She’s just the kind of person we want on our team. She and her team understand the luxury brand and have a proven track record of success,” said Mr. Cipres, who has the distinction of transacting the highest priced agent-represented sale on Oahu so far this year. His Diamond Head Road listing sold at more than $11.2 million.
“Patricia probably could have chosen any realty firm on Oahu, but she chose us,” Mr. Cipres continued. “We are honored,” he said, noting that Elite Pacific Properties is on target to nearly triple its 2012 sales.
Ms. Case will join Elite Pacific Properties’ other partners: Mary Lavoie, Stephen Cipres, Steven Peykoff, Debbie Arakaki, and Greg Burns. "I am happy and proud to be a part of the Elite Team, and I look forward to being of continuing service to my valued friends and clients,” she said.
With the addition of the Case Elite Team, Elite Pacific Properties has 63 licensed agents. There are offices on Oahu and Maui with plans for further expansion underway. Founded in 2005, Elite Pacific Property has quickly gained attention and has now become Oahu’s top volume specialty luxury broker.
Elite Pacific Properties also operates the popular real estate search websites searchoahuproperties.com and allmauiproperties.com. According to Honolulu MLS sales data, Elite Pacific Properties was number seven out of more than 1,000 brokerage firms on Oahu for its transaction volume so far in 2013.
