New Integration Powers New Relic’s Application Performance Monitoring Solution

The new joint solution between xMatters and New Relic will help resolve issues quickly, before users are affected.

With this integration, joint customers will be able to create their own custom messaging applications for New Relic in order to contact the right people when an incident occurs – streamlining the notification process and expediting the resolution.

With the new integration, joint customers can instantly notify, escalate and collaborate on New Relic alerts using custom built messaging capabilities through a variety of mediums including voice, email, pager and SMS. The new joint solution between xMatters and New Relic will help resolve issues quickly, before users are affected.
