Helping the team at Movember to change the face of men’s health, Drakes have become an Accredited Mo’ Rated Barbershop and have a host of services geared to those battling the ‘tache this November. Raman Khandpur owner of Drakes comments that ‘It is wonderful for us to get involved not only in the local community, but in ensuring that we can be part of the national and international change too.’ The master barber himself, Phil Reader has committed himself not only to tutoring the next generation of mo’ growers but growing his own Burt Reynold’s lookalike.

Phil and the team at Drakes of London invite all of the mo’ brothers and mo’ sisters to be part of Movember history and partake in the official Guinness World Record attempt for the Largest Shaving Lesson ever, co-hosted by the guys at Gillette and Superdrug. Drakes are calling on 350 of our finest players to participate in this attempt, aiming to best the World Record by a country mile.
Saturday 23rd of November at 1pm, the event is in the main atrium of the Stratford Westfield Centre ready and roaring to go. And not only will you go home a champion, a ‘tache to make the manliest of men jealous, but with a free Gillette ProGlide Styler too. Registration starts from 10am. All you mo’ fellows should get there bright and early to get-in for the shave of a lifetime.
