FedRAMP complements our existing service offerings focused on service providers including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and HIPAA.
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) November 27, 2013
The FedRAMP program was established in 2012 for cloud service providers (“CSP”) that host Federal agencies’ systems. The primary goals of the program are to reduce the Federal information technology costs while maintaining strong, consistent information security controls. Organizations that pursue FedRAMP certification are required to implement a standard set of controls based on NIST Special Publication 800-53. The steps required to become FedRAMP certified are:
1. Initiating a Request
2. Documenting Security Controls
3. Performing Security Testing
4. Finalizing the Security Assessment
