Encap Receives OMRI Listing for Earthworm Castings

Encap® Earthworm Castings can now be used in the production of certified organic products after meeting the strict requirements of the Organic Materials Review Institute.

Encap®, LLC, today announced that Encap® Earthworm Castings have been reviewed by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) and are now listed as a product eligible for use in certified organic production.

OMRI independently reviews products intended for use in certified organic production, handling, and processing. Product reviews are based on the U.S. National Organic Program and the Canada Organic Regime Standards. Additionally, OMRI is recognized as a qualified input review organization by the National Organic Program.
