TORQCore is a small group on-off bike class. It is one of their new hybrid indoor cycling classes which includes 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training on the bike, 1 arm weight track, 30 minutes of abs express workout on the mat and a 10 minute stretch. TORQilates is a small group on-off bike class that allows members to work their entire body. The class includes 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training on the bike, 1 arm weight track, 30 minutes of Pilates core work on the mat and a 10 minute stretch. Pilates Hong Kong - is an excellent way for riders to acquire more core strength, which helps support the lower back.
TORQHit - An intense workout will produce results faster in a shorter amount of time! It is one of their new hybrid indoor cycling classes which includes a 5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes interval training on the bike, 20 mins High Intensity Training off the bike and a 5 minute stretch.
