New Corporate Office Hires Will Support Franchisees on All Fronts

Spring-Green Lawn Care has added three new hires to its corporate office. These new members of the Spring-Green support center will lend their various skills from their varied backgrounds to support Spring-Green franchisees in 26 states across the United States. The Spring-Green support center provides ongoing support in the areas of hiring and staff development, technology, financial, agronomic, equipment and marketing.

“One of the things that sets Spring-Green apart from other lawn care franchises is the quality of our support team,” said Ted Hofer, Spring-Green’s CEO. “Every new hire is made with care and we could not be happier to add these three talented individuals to our team.”

Lena Bogan comes to Spring-Green with over 10 years of contract and general litigation paralegal experience. She has assisted at every stage of the litigation process from discovery to motion practice and trial. Lena received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal and Social Justice from Lewis University and her paralegal certificate from South Suburban College.

Caitlin Hart is a marketing specialist who comes to Spring-Green with eight years of marketing experience and two years of experience specifically with franchise marketing. She has a keen interest in many varied facets of the marketing world including social media marketing, branding, product packaging, graphic design, blogging and public relations.

Paul McDonald, director of information technology, has over a decade of experience in the IT industry, starting as a PC tech and working his way up to third level enterprise support for a large integrated health care system that served six hospitals and numerous clinics and physician offices. Most recently he successfully ran two businesses from his home office, a mobile application development business and an internet marketing businesses where he specialized in building e-commerce websites and in pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine oriented (SEO) marketing.
