Greenberg Traurig Represents GAP Solutions in its Sale to Tallasi Technology
MCLEAN, Va. (PRWEB) November 22, 2013 -- The International law firm Greenberg Traurig represented Gap Solutions Inc. (GAPSI), a leading professional and technical services provider, in its sale to Tallasi Technology, a company led by former Stanley Associates executives Eric Wolking and Pat Flannery.
GAPSI's current President Diane Pairel will join Wolking and Flannery who will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations, respectively. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1999, GAPSI is a professional services provider that partners with the federal government to enhance operations, develop and manage effective programs and provide specialized consulting services. Its partnerships include the Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, among others.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by M&A shareholders Scott Meza and Rico Vicencio in the firm’s Tysons Corner office. Additional team members included Tim Jessell, Ian Herbert, Brian Rose, and Jay Atkinson.
