WAGNER expands global position in DIY market and steps into beauty industry with Earlex acquisition

WAGNER-Group, a leading global specialist in surface finishing technology based in Altstaeten, Switzerland, acquired Earlex Limited, based in Guildford, Great Britain.

WAGNER-Group, a leading global specialist in surface finishing technology based in Altstaeten, Switzerland, acquired Earlex Limited, based in Guildford, Great Britain. Earlex manufactures HVLP paint spray guns, wallpaper steamers and heat guns primarily for the DIY market and has forged a reputation in the beauty industry with its spray tanning equipment. The Earlex product portfolio will enhance the consumer businesses of WAGNER.

WAGNER, founded in 1947 in Friedrichshafen/Fischbach, Germany, is synonymous with innovative surface finishing technology. Its high quality product range extends from handheld paint spraying systems for DIY use and professional equipment for coating, painting and plastering to complex industrial coating systems for wet and powder applications.
