J V Crum III's new book hits #1 Entrepreneur Kindle. To celebrate, he is giving it away on Black Friday to help socially conscious entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders.

'We are experiencing a major shift in consciousness,' Crum writes in 'Conscious Millionaire.' 'It is a shift away from the old view that for one person to win, another must lose, to a new view in which you, others, and society can all win simultaneously.'

Some of today’s most successful authors on business growth, wealth creation and leadership understand that entrepreneurial prosperity at its best is rooted in social consciousness – not just profit for profit’s sake.

With that premise, successful business leaders and writers like Jim Collins, JV Crum III and John Mackey have set themselves apart in the rapidly shifting economic landscape based on how they have approached business success and wealth creation from the perspective of social consciousness. Collins brought the theme of social consciousness to his book, "Good to Great," published in 2001. In 2005, Crum released an audio program titled "Create Profit with Purpose," an initial statement of his brand, "Conscious Millionaire.” Mackey created an audio program with a similar name, “Passion and Purpose,” in 2009 in which he explored conscious approaches to building a business and later wrote the highly-acclaimed, top-seller "Conscious Capitalism" in early 2013 with Raj Sisodia.

Now comes the latest book exploring social consciousness and business growth from Crum, MBA, JD, MS, titled "Conscious Millionaire: Grow Your Business by Making a Difference” (Conscious World Press LLC, 282 pages, launched Nov. 18 in Kindle format; print edition forthcoming, March 2014). In the book, which rapidly ascended to the No. 1 entrepreneur Kindle book on Amazon, Crum tells his personal story of turning his father’s fledging trucking business to profitability in his 20s. But even after he had achieved financial success, Crum didn’t feel fulfilled and turned his thinking to social consciousness, aligning his business focus and wealth creation to a larger life purpose. Crum later founded Conscious Millionaire Institute LLC, a global entrepreneur training and business coaching company that helps start-ups and established entrepreneurs both achieve a higher purpose and create higher profits.

“We are experiencing a major shift in consciousness,” Crum writes in “Conscious Millionaire.” “It is a shift away from the old view that for one person to win, another must lose, to a new view in which you, others, and society can all win simultaneously."

To highlight his vision of winning for the collective good of society, Crum is offering “Conscious Millionaire” for FREE only on Black Friday, Nov 29, at: http://www.ConsciousMillionaire.com/m11. Consumers also will be encouraged to follow Crum on Twitter, and receive and Tweet thoughts about the book using the hashtags #blackfridayspecial and #blackfridaykindle.

“What better way to provide entrepreneurs, sales professionals and everyday people who dream of achieving financial freedom with a roadmap to accomplish their dreams?” Crum said. “By taking a conscious approach to business, these entrepreneurs will begin to demonstrate to current and future customers, employers, vendors, business associates and even family and friends how to create wealth without sacrificing their values or integrity.”

“Conscious Millionaire” discusses the habits of a Conscious Millionaire, how to become a conscious leader and how to shift thoughts from a “scarcity mindset” to achieve wealth. The book also has chapters that focus on practical business topics, such as creating an actionable millionaire plan, building powerful business relationships, developing a business model, and conscious marketing and selling.

Ironically, Crum shares a Boulder, Colo., connection with Collins and Mackey that dates to 2001. In that year, Collins launched "Good to Great,” Crum was living in Boulder, and Whole Foods, the company Mackey co-founded, had its No. 1 store in Boulder. In the Boulder community, grass-roots social efforts, healthy living, and conscious approaches to living and doing business were all part of the culture. From this culture sprang new thoughts on social consciousness that influenced Crum and the other two writers.
