Endeavor Appoints New Vice President of Customer Operations
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 27, 2013 -- Endeavor, the leading provider of outsourced professional services for carriers, service providers, systems integrators, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eddie Lanham to the position of Vice President of Customer Operations. In this role, Eddie will lead Endeavor’s Project Management Office (PMO) to drive customer engagement performance and work closely with the Executive and Management teams to ensure the success and continued growth of Endeavor’s core business.
Reporting directly to Endeavor’s CEO, Lanham leads a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of customer relationships, ensuring that all phases of customer projects and service requests are planned and executed on time, on budget, and consistent with customer expectations. With over 20 years of experience in management, process improvement, strategy, sales, and consulting, Lanham looks forward to developing relationships with strategic customer stakeholders and building upon Endeavor’s continued trajectory of growth through driving successful customer engagements.
Endeavor’s previous VP of Customer Operations, Patrick Kinsella, is now serving as the company’s Vice President of Engineering and Technology. In this position, Kinsella will lead a combined organization that centralizes engineering, reporting and analytics, and information technology expertise under one roof. This will allow Kinsella to spearhead efforts focused on the design and implementation of new tools and systems to improve efficiency and productivity for customers, field engineers, and staff while Lanham focuses on the successful deployment of new customer projects.
Prior to joining the Endeavor team, Lanham worked at Altisource Portfolio Solutions, a real estate technology services firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of development, growth, and profitability of a residential rental property management business, including strategy, operations, compliance, marketing and financials. He has extensive experience in developing scalable operational processes and working with large vendor networks. Lanham will leverage his expertise as Endeavor takes on more large-scale projects, ensuring new customer deployments are executed with a high degree of success. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
"It is great to be working with such an enthusiastic team at Endeavor, providing a wide range of services to a growing portfolio of satisfied customers,” said Lanham. “There is a lot of opportunity here, as Endeavor has a solid business model for successfully executing customer projects. It’s been an exciting journey for the company to get where it is today, and I’m happy to be in a position where we’re all poised for success.”
