Peoplefluent Community Service Program CommunityFluent Recognizing Employee Engagement and Service Worldwide
Waltham, MA (PRWEB) November 26, 2013 -- Peoplefluent®, a leading social human capital management technology company, today announced the launch of its community service recognition program, CommunityFluent, reflecting the company’s commitment to engagement whether at work or in the community at large. As part of the program’s commencement, Peoplefluent recognized Corporate Counsel Valedria “Val” Brunson as the recipient of its first annual CommunityFluent Award, presented to the employee who best embodies Peoplefluent’s commitment to civic service.
CommunityFluent reflects Peoplefluent’s core value that by collaborating and engaging with colleagues, individuals can apply their talents and passions to induce powerful positive change both within an organization and outside of it. The initial inception of Peoplefluent’s commitment to engagement started with its vision that collaboration is optimally housed within organizations’ talent management suite through engaging social and video technologies. “As a company that enables organizations with innovative technology to manage talent and improve employee collaboration and business performance, Peoplefluent strives to foster engagement within its four walls to improve the communities where employees and customers live and work,” said Charles S. Jones, Chairman of the board at Peoplefluent.
Peoplefluent is leveraging its community service program to reward and recognize employees’ outstanding contributions and stewardship. “Peoplefluent is deeply committed to celebrating employees who go above and beyond to contribute their hearts and minds to their communities. We actively encourage employees to help people in need, as well as bring the same enthusiasm to their roles within the company,” continued Jones. “Val Brunson, who selflessly provided free legal services to those who otherwise could not afford them, epitomizes the very spirit of engagement that we encourage.”
Ms. Brunson was recognized for providing a series of pro bono legal services to a variety of organizations during 2013. She led a will writing workshop, sponsored by Legal Aid for Habitat for Humanity homeowners, and created several legal documents for participants. She also provided pro bono services representation to a number of organizations through the American Bar Association and attended a pro bono training event last spring at the North Carolina Bar Association Pro Bono Summit and Training.
