(PRWEB) November 27, 2013 -- Since timely communications of critical events are important to business operations, Proxios has implemented a new Alert Management System powered by AMG Alerts.
The new system allows Proxios to send alert notifications via text message, email, and voice mail. In addition we can post alert notifications and updates through an RSS feed method.
By being able to send updates from a single console across multiple communication methods, Proxios can ensure our customers are receiving critical status updates in a timely manner. This system is a Web service, which is managed outside of the Proxios platform to provide business continuity on communications.
The single console allows Proxios to select notification criteria by:
• Service Type
• Communication Preference
• Customer
• RSS Feed update
• Primary or Alternate email
Proxios will manage the enrollment and administration of all contact information in the system. Through customer update requests, Proxios gathers key contact information to be included for alerts. Proxios will send out quarterly update requests to customers regarding the information we have on file to ensure we are current. Adding or removing a new contact proactively is achieved by sending an email request to support(at)proxios(dot)com. There are no set up or removal charges associated with this capability.
