See Whales Guaranteed Aboard the Star of Honolulu, Starting December 26
Honolulu, Hawaii (PRWEB) November 26, 2013 -- Guests of all ages can search for and learn about Hawaii’s annual whale visitors aboard the Star of Honolulu’s 2½-hour Premier Whale Watch Cruise®. Offered daily December 26, 2013 through April 15, 2014, this complete experience features the best facilities for viewing whales, guaranteed sightings and new keiki (child) program. Plus, a generous “Child Free” (per paid adult, cruise only) special makes it possible for the whole family to enjoy Hawaii’s most popular Winter eco-tour.
Hawaii’s largest tour vessel, the 232’ A.D.A. compliant Star of Honolulu, departs from Aloha Tower Marketplace and cruises beyond Diamond Head to give passengers the most opportunities to view whales and their newborn calves. With a spacious 60’ high observation deck, four walk-around decks and three types of stabilizers, the STAR also offers the most outdoor deck space as guests cruise in comfort. Whale sightings are guaranteed; if whales are not spotted a free return cruise voucher is issued to try again. Plus cruise-goers can gain insight on Humpback whales from the trained Naturalist crew, new educational displays, narration, handout, video presentation and an interactive keiki program. As a bonus, they can also participate in fun Hawaiian cultural activities including lei making, ukulele and hula lessons.
Suggested retail prices are $49.00 for adults without lunch, or $65.00 with Taste of Hawaii lunch buffet featuring Hawaiian black sea salt roast beef carved onboard and other local favorites. With each paid adult, one child (age 3-11) is free. Lunch upgrade for free child is $10.00. Transportation from the Waikiki area is an additional $12.00 per person, from Ko Olina $22.00 per person.
