That’s why Rick Storlie, CEO of New Home Sales Coach, has just released the second video in his new training series titled “The 5 Must Have Tech Tools for Home Builders and Home Remodelers.”

“The entire focus of this training series is to teach home builders and home remodelers how to put a big portion of their lead attraction and conversion on complete autopilot,” Storlie said.

Next, Storlie also explains the exact elements that must be present on the company’s website in order to effectively collect leads, and start the nurturing process.

“The only way to determine the effectiveness of a marketing system is by collecting and analyzing data,” Storlie explained, “and by knowing exactly what kind of behaviors your leads have, once they visit the home builder’s website.”

Storlie covers the critical numbers to monitor, both on your website (using Google Analytics) and from email marketing programs. He also shares his recommendations for lead collection and email marketing programs.
