The year of 2014 is just around the corner and Chunk Fitness is planning some big changes for their website. Currently, there are only brief descriptions available in a generic format regarding what stretches an individual can perform to stretch out their muscles. In 2014, Chunk Fitness plans to release numerous write ups and videos detailing dozens of muscle specific stretches in a format similar to how the exercises are currently listed on the website. This level of detail was currently not available for stretches but soon will be. The current format can be found at http://www.chunkfitness.com/stretching.
Additionally, Chunk Fitness has plans to expand their exercise library across all muscle groups. The intended focus of the exercises will be on utilizing dumbbells and performing body weight (calisthenic) exercises. Later in the year, additional categories may be created that focus on exercises that can be performed in the home or by pregnant women.
