Wayne Homes Announces Promotion of Four Employees
Uniontown, OH (PRWEB) December 05, 2013 -- Wayne Homes, a custom home builder that specializes in affordable on-your-lot custom homes, has announced the promotion of four employees, including three key management positions.

Promotions include Jackie Smoyer, who was recently promoted from Pittsburgh Sales Manager to Regional Vice President of Sales. Since joining the company in 2006 Smoyer and her team have produced the highest number of sales for the company for four consecutive years. In addition to her previous role as Sales Manager, Smoyer has led many of the company’s sales training initiatives.
Additional promotions include Scott Schoonover who will take over as Pittsburgh Sales Manager after joining the company last year as Sales Manager in the company’s Delaware location. Hilary Barbuto, who has been with the company for ten years, will take over as Delaware Sales Manager.
The company also announced the promotion of Stephanie Brady to Customer Consultant in Newark. Stephanie and her husband Jeremy, who is a Field Manager with the company, built their own Wayne Home in 2011.
According to Vice President of Organizational Development Mike Leckie-Ewing, each promotion represents a thoughtful, strategic plan for managing increased demand for affordable custom homes without compromising company culture.
