Elevate ROI LLC, an award-winning Dallas-based multifamily property management company announced today that it has commenced work on a major community focused renovation and amenity upgrade for the Creekwood Place Apartments in Lancaster, Texas.
The renovations at Creekwood Place include new composition shingle roofs on all buildings with high-quality TAMKO shingles and Cobra ridge vents for additional ventilation. The TAMKO shingles were selected because of their strong product range and enhanced multifamily warranty protection. Additional renovations include balcony replacements and upgrades, a new entry gate, landscaping, pool furniture and signage throughout the community.
The new renovations at Creekwood Place follow another major renovation project in 2012 which included exterior paint and carpentry.
