Berger Group Holdings, Inc. Announces Appointment of Two New Directors of Human Resources
Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) December 05, 2013 -- Berger Group Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of two new human resources officers. John Pryor assumes the role of vice president and director of human resources at the holdings level, and Donna Watson joins the firm as vice president and human resources director for Louis Berger International.

As the corporate vice president for human resources, John Pryor leads the development and implementation of global recruitment, talent development, benefits and compensation and succession planning for the corporation’s four wholly-owned companies — The Louis Berger Group, Inc., Louis Berger International, Louis Berger Services and Ammann & Whitney. He is based in Morristown, N.J., and report to Jim Bach, chief operating officer for Berger Group Holdings. Pryor has more than 25 years of experience and most recently served as vice president for human resources at INTTRA, the largest online logistics network in the ocean shipping industry. He established his career at NBC Universal, a former General Electric company, where he led global human resources strategy.
Donna Watson leads talent acquisition, benefits and compensation structures, onboarding procedures and career development across the firm’s international operation, Louis Berger International. She is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with regular travel to offices throughout the international operation. Watson has more than 30 years of experience and specializes in developing integrated organizational structures to serve a broad range of market sectors. Before joining Louis Berger International she served as vice president for human resources at AECOM.
